It is only possible for government to think for rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits to rehabilitate them in Kashmir after successful service and grip of these Dogra employees in Kashmir valley. Inter District Transfer Policy is just the trail to settle, transfer and employee the youths from Kashmir valley to Jammu division and Jammu division to Kashmir valley.
But this Inter District Recruitment Policy is not the punishment for these youths as "Kala Pani ki Sajja" because in this policy there is deficiency of time bound transfer and there should be amendment in this Inter District Recruitment Policy and inclusion of time bound transfer caluse in the policy so that these youths be transferred to their domicile districts after successful completion of that time period. He also invite all Dogra community to come and extend their support in favour of these brave Dogra employees.
While addressing the gathering Zorawar Singh Jamwal warned the LG administration that these Dogra employees are not scapegoats these are the brave Dogras who worked in Kashmir first after 90s and maintained the Hindu identity and nationalism in Kashmir valley. These are the Dogra employees who lift Tricolour in Kashmir first after 90s.
Their demand for transfer policy is genuine and there is need of amendment in the Inter District Recruitment Policy and there should be a transfer rules with a fixed tenure be incorporated in the Inter District Recruitment Policy. As Due to deficiency of transfer clause these employees have to back to home after retirement or death which is not justification with their brave work.
He also urges the administration not to force them to resume duties in Kashmir till situation becomes normal as there is no safe and secure accommodation available to any Employee and these Dogra Jammu based employees were living in rented accommodations in Kashmir and also release the withheld salaries of these employees by DDO, s from last 4 months or so.
